The role of the consultant will assist in your budget determination and breakdown the elements of the event as needed. Discussion of theme, color, style, complete wedding design, setup, and tear down are part of this process. Research of wedding professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget will be provided along with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections throughout the planning process.
As a Wedding Day Coordinator the duties include, but not limited to;
Visiting both ceremony and reception sites prior to the wedding, Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party, follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks before the wedding day, wedding rehearsal supervision, on-site coordination, and supervision at the ceremony and during the reception .
